The foundation everything else runs on

Streaming, cameras, smart-home, and work-from-home all lean on one thing: a network that does not drop. We design coverage around your floor plan, place access points where they matter, and back it with a wired core so speed holds up as you add devices.

As a licensed C-7 low-voltage contractor, we run the cabling, mount discreet access points, and configure the system for strong, seamless coverage with no dead zones.

Size the Coverage

How Much Wi-Fi Does Your Home Need?

Access points follow square footage and layout, here's the rule of thumb.

Up to 1,500 sq ft1 to 2 APs

A smaller single-story home stays covered with one or two access points.

1,500 to 3,000 sq ft2 to 3 APs

Most two-story homes need a few APs to erase dead zones between floors.

3,000 to 5,000 sq ft3 to 5 APs

Larger homes with thick walls and wings need more points for even speed.

5,000 sq ft and up5 APs and up

Estates and outdoor areas call for a designed layout, not off-the-shelf mesh.

Design & Specification

A proper schematic and a right-sized equipment list. We spec for the application, not the easiest thing to source, and put it in writing.

Home Wi-Fi FAQ

Home Networking, Answered

The questions we get about home Wi-Fi and networks.

Why not just use the router from my provider?
Provider routers are built for cost, not coverage. They struggle in larger homes and with lots of devices. A designed system with proper access points gives you full coverage and speed that holds up.
What causes Wi-Fi dead zones?
Distance, thick walls, and metal all block signal. We map your floor plan and place access points so coverage overlaps cleanly, with no dead spots between rooms or floors.
Do I need wires if Wi-Fi is wireless?
Yes. The best wireless still rides on a wired backbone. Cabling the access points and key devices keeps speeds high and the whole network stable.
Can you keep smart-home devices off my main network?
Yes. We set up separate networks for guests and smart devices, which keeps your personal devices private and the whole system more secure.
Will it reach outside?
We can extend coverage to patios, pools, and yards with outdoor-rated access points, so you stay connected outside, not just indoors.
Can it grow with more devices?
Yes. We design headroom into the network so adding cameras, TVs, and smart devices later does not slow everything down.
